King Edward's School Home

An independent day school for boys aged 11 to 18

Make a payment

To request a place for your son on a trip, the first thing to do is download the letter about the trip, which can be found at kes.org.uk/letters. Check that the trip is for your son's age group!

The best way to pay for a trip is at www.schoolgateway.com. All parents receive log on details for this when their sons join the school. You can pay by debit or credit card. We encourage debit cards since they cost us slightly less to process. There is no charge to parents. Note: if you have any difficulty in using your card on the site, you may need to contact your card issuer to arrange for it to be enrolled in the '3D authentication' scheme.

Alternatively you can return the reply slip, or a note explaining what it is for, with a cheque payable to KES TRIPS, in an envelope with your son's name and the name of the trip, to the black box in reception.

Sending payment (or for trips abroad, the deposit) for a trip is not a guarantee of a place - some trips are oversubscribed, and in the event that we cannot find a place for your son, we will return your deposit.
