Pupils from King Edward’s School consistently excel in their academic pursuits and find success in diverse careers.
Every year, our pupils go on to study at the very best universities in courses ranging from aeronautical engineering, marine biology, medicine, history, and classics.
Our aim is to ensure that every pupil gains a place on a course which they will enjoy at an excellent university. Aware that each student has different needs and aspirations, we work closely with Sixth Formers to help them navigate the bewildering range of options: some students choose vocational courses such as medicine and dentistry, others want to pursue pure academic subjects, while others wish to study courses in the fine or performing arts, some preferring city universities, others campus or college-based sites, and some opting to continue their studies overseas including in the US.
