Fees

Tuition fee

Fees are payable by direct debit or termly before the start of term. The fees for the 2023/24 academic year are £5,682 per term (three terms per annum). Fees are normally reviewed annually by the Governors.

Our tuition fees are inclusive and cover almost all extras including books, stationery, materials, Personal Accident Insurance and public examination fees (except re-sits). Other costs such as private music lessons, school meals, school camps and educational trips are charged for separately in the course of the year.

All applicants to the school must pay £50 to cover administrative costs. A deposit of £400 is payable on acceptance of a place and is refunded when a pupil leaves the school, less any unpaid fees and charges.

Personal Accident Insurance

There is no additional charge for this cover, it is included within the school fees for each academic year. For further information, please see the School personal accident insurance information 2022-3 and School personal accident insurance pupil privacy notice.

If you wish to make a claim under the personal accident policy, please contact the claims department on 01444 335 173 or email epg.claims@marsh.com.

Sibling discount

For parents with three children on full fees in either King Edward’s School or King Edward VI High School for Girls at the same time, a 25% discount is given on the fees of the eldest child.
