Miss Bréchon‑Smith is Director of Sixth Form and plays a leading role in shaping student experience, academic progress, and post‑18 pathways. Alongside her senior leadership responsibilities, she is actively involved in the African and Caribbean Society (ACS), promoting student voice, representation, and a stronger sense of community within the school environment.

With a background in Mathematics and extensive experience supporting students through key transition points, Miss Bréchon‑Smith brings a valuable combination of academic expertise, pastoral insight, and a commitment to widening participation. Her work centres on helping young people develop confidence, ambition and a clear understanding of the opportunities available to them beyond school. She has previously held roles as Head of Mathematics, Staff Governor and various Heads of Year.

Outside of her job, she likes to spend time with her family going on walks and sharing her creative side with her children.
