How to report an absence
To report an absence, please email kesabsence@keschools.org.uk before 8:30am on the day of the absence. Include the reason for your child’s absence and their form group.
Alternatively, you can call the school office at 0121 472 1672 (select option 2) before 8:30am to leave a message with the same information.
For absences affecting more than one child, please report each child individually.
To help us maintain accurate attendance records and support the wellbeing of our pupils, we kindly ask that you inform the school each day your child is unable to attend due to illness.
If your child is experiencing a prolonged illness, please contact us to discuss any necessary arrangements or support.
