Visit to the Olympic Park

On the evening of Thursday 3rd May, 27 boys visited the Olympic Park to watch the VISA International Invitational Hockey Tournament.

Hockey players from the U12, U13 and U14 age groups got a feel for Olympic standard hockey. In the first match they saw the world number 2, Germany beat the world number 1, Australia (3-2). The boys then got the chance to watch Great Britain v India, which Britain won (4-2).

It was a great experience for everyone involved. Maybe one day we will see one of our hockey players pulling on a team GB shirt.
