Friday Afternoon Challenge goes global!

Shizhe has been spending lockdown in Yangzhou, China. It hasn’t stopped him from remaining fully involved in the KES community. See not only last week’s article on Clef Club – but look at some of the photos that he’s been uploading as part of the “Friday Afternoon Challenge” to get out and explore your local area! It’s the only war memorial I’ve seen that looks anything like that!

Qur’an in the City project

Last week, KES hosted a Study Day for Year 9 pupils from across the King Edward VI Foundation as part of the Qur’an in the City project in collaboration with the University of Birmingham’s Culture Forward programme.
