Teacher of Mathematics

The Schools of King Edward in Birmingham are seeking to appoint a permanent full-time Teacher of Mathematics to teach across the full age range from September 2026. It is an opportunity to join a strong, enthusiastic, very supportive and friendly department in an exceptional school. The successful candidate will also have the skills and experience to teach Computer Science and/or Physics to GCSE level. They will primarily teach and be based at King Edward’s School, with some teaching at our High School for Girls, which is located on the same campus.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and no experience of working in the independent sector is required. A willingness to participate in the wider life of the school with pastoral care duties and help with co-curricular activities is essential. While this role is advertised as full-time, part-time applications may be considered for the right candidate.
