King Edward’s School has been commended in the Independent Boys’ School of the Year category in the Independent School of the Year Awards 2026, recognising the school’s continued excellence in academic achievement, pupil development and community spirit.

The final cohort of pupils studying for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma at King Edward’s School, Birmingham are celebrating excellent results, opening doors to an impressive range of Higher Education destinations.  

The third annual Foundation Awards, held earlier this month, honoured staff from King Edward’s School for their exceptional contributions. From innovation to teamwork and community impact, the event celebrated the dedication and talent that continue to shape life across the King Edward VI Foundation.
