The U13, U14 and U16 hockey teams have qualified for the Midland Hockey Finals.
This is the first time that all three age groups have made it through to the Finals, which will take place during the week of 9 March 2015 at Cannock Hockey Club. The teams will need to finish in the top two of their draw to qualify for the National Finals at the Olympic Hockey Centre in May 2015.
Commissioned by Central BID Birmingham and curated by art historian Ruth Millington, the exhibition showcases rare, never-before-seen material from Child’s personal archive and the Lee Child Archive. Highlights include handwritten drafts, private photographs, book covers, report cards from KES and fan mail, all with the author’s direct involvement.
On Remembrance Day, King Edward’s School stood united in honouring the courage of those who have served. We held the Remembrance Ceremony on the Parade Ground led by our Combined Cadets Force (CCF).
The experience was like no other; we traversed through the cave, wading through puddles, and we even had an outstanding experience of cave diving. We had to crawl through very small holes, but I managed to do so and had a lovely time.
