Health and wellbeing

The national lockdown has presented several challenges to our health and wellbeing. Isolation from friends, restricted opportunities to exercise, increased screen time and more, not to mention the health risks associated with Covid-19 itself.

Several boys joined the Health and Wellbeing Society to try and combat some of these issues. The result was a host of initiatives and campaigns that would help to support the boys during their time working from home. This will culminate in Wellbeing Week, which runs from Monday 22 June.

Watch out for activities that fall in line with the NHS Five Ways to Wellbeing. These include learning to juggle with Mr Butler, a mass online Yoga session and a Gratitude challenge. In combination with the ‘Race Across Europe’ House Challenge, there is much to look forward to this week.
